Sales commissions

Allocates revenue to each sales representative based on split percentages, measures quota attainment, applies the appropriate plan rate, and generates a payroll-ready file

How it works

  1. Upload a completed commission cycle

The rep calculation, the invoice detail, and the payroll upload tab as submitted

  2. Add the source files

Sales transactions, collections, plan tiers, the rep roster, and the adjustments for that cycle

  3. Skipper learns the commission rules

How split percentages allocate revenue, whether commissions are based on bookings or collections, which rate applies at each attainment threshold, and when adjustments are applied

  4. Upload the new transaction data each cycle

Skipper recalculates every representative, retains the invoice-level audit trail, and prepares the payroll upload
